Sultrinor Injectable Solution
Sultrinor injectable solution is a sterile solution formulated as injectable preparation composed of trimethoprim and sulphadiazine composed of trimethroprim and silphadiazine. The action of the combination proved to be bactericidal, whereas the components separately were only bacteriostatic in action. Sulphonamides actas an analogue for para-aminobenzoic acid, (PABA) which itself a part of vitamin, folic acid.
in organisms that synthesis their own folic acid, sulphonamides as sulphadiazine acts by blocking the synthesis of folic acid.

How Drugs are Given in Animals
A wide range of dosage formulations and delivery systems has been developed to provide for the care and welfare of animals. Using the correct dosage is very important in terms of effectiveness and safety. Drug treatment and delivery strategies can be complicated because of the variety of species and breeds treated, the wide range in body sizes, different animal rearing practices, seasonal variations, and the level of convenience, among other factors.
